Ethical clothing - petite sizes

I’d like to buy clothes from companies that pay a fair wage. Can anyone recommend companies that you’re confident actually do this (rather than a fluffy/vague message about workers rights)? Brownie points if they do petite/short sizes. TIA :)

Have a look at Nobodys child. They have a petite range and are supposed to be eco conscious.

Thanks, I visited their concession in M&S - I’ll have a look online as well for the petite wear.
