Have you/someone you know ever been on a TV quiz show? Which one? What was it like? What was the host like? Tell me all please.

A girl I know won 14k on deal or no deal. She had a lot of fun and everyone was lovely.

Amazing! Did she get put up in a hotel the whole time?

Someone I used to work with was a contestant on the chase once. His team didn't win so no prize money. He said they film 3 episodes in a day.

Many years ago, I was on Mastermind. Magnus Magnusson was a darling.

I've been on Pointless. Proud owner of a Pointless trophy and we won the jackpot. It was great fun. Would recommend. Xander and Richard were lovely.

Years ago, attended a recording of a quiz hosted by Angela Ripon, for youth groups. We knew team that was entering. Show no longer exists. It was good fun to be in the audience.

The only thing I remember is that they repeated certain questions if the recording didn’t go well.
