Hi! so I've made many sales on Vinted over 150 and for the first time I've had an issue with someone, this woman said she wanted me to reserve something which cost £1.50, this item was getting quite a lot of favourites and a lot of interest, she said she would buy on Thursday (yesterday) she then said at 5pm yesterday that she would pay by midnight latest, then this morning she said to me she'd pay after work 16 hours later she still hadn't paid, I had another woman messaging me really interested so I said to the first woman that I have someone else ready to buy and super interested so if they wanted it please could they buy within the next few hours, 11pm hits and no response so I cancelled her reservation and left it up for grabs for anyone to buy, the other woman I was taking to purchased the item, the first woman started messaging me like crazy once she realised I unreserved her item, she said she reported me 3 times, she said I'm nasty and that I broke Vinted rules and then I put my shop on holiday (because I didn't want her to buy anything) she said I wasn't allowed to do that while I have items reserved, she basically said I shouldn't sell and I'm a waste of space... was I in in the wrong here? I've had so many people not pay for reservations I'd rather sell to someone who's just gonna buy it, was I too harsh?
