Is this heat rash?!

I’ve never had it before but yesterday, after being out in the sun for a bit I realised I have this bumpy red raised rash on both of my shins.
i was a bit surprised as it’s not really that hot although hotter than we’ve been used to. I figured if it was heat rash it would go away as I cooled down but it’s still
there today.
ive also got a random flat red spot and purple blotch on one of my shins so no idea what’s going on!
I’ve never actually had heat rash before so not sure what it looks like, the pictures online seem to vary.

It doesn't look like it to me. My heat rash is a much denser rash. Looks like shaving rash maybe?

I get heat rash, starts off as small red flat spots, almost a bit like measles and if it gets bad they amalgamate into one big red blotch.

Have you shaved in the last couple of days? That could be it, especially if you've put cream on afterwards.

Nope, no shaving that’s what’s left me slightly baffled!
