kids? Adults? Ages? Interests?

The library and its roof garden, gas st basin, museum & art gallery, see the bull at Grand Central, the Back to Back houses, lunch at Damascena, cocktails somewhere on Colmore Row. Or the jewellery quarter for nice bars and cafes. There are several very nice restaurants if it's a celebration.
If you venture out of town there may be something on at MAC, and a stroll in Canon Hill park.

There's more... but depends what kind of thing you like really!

A mature(!) couple, no kids - I don't like shopping! 😁

In that case, all the things I said. Back to backs need booking- you can't just turn up.
