Are these ok does anyone know?
Will they count how many steps you do or will they count even if you standing but jiggling your arm?
Just trying to gage how accurate

My Fitbit is reasonably accurate most of the time. Enthusiastic clapping will add extra steps. Pushing a supermarket trolley, steps are not counted as hand is steady on the bar.

I tend to take it off in the theatre and attempt to steer supermarket trolleys with my right hand only.

Although the steps are wrong sometimes, calories seem to be more consistent as they (I think) are based more on heart rate. (Consistent doesn't necessarily mean accurate, however)
I love mine, I keep records and the baseline, averages etc give me consistent results. I can therefore judge improvements etc, even if not totally accurate
