Was anyone else’s baby face down at 12w scan?

We‘ve been for a couple of private scans now with baby in the expected position.

For the NHS one today, he or she had flipped so they were facing down!

Did anyone else have this? I’m guessing all is ok.

DS was upside down on his 12 week scan. Nothing to be worried about.

DS was facing down constantly! Have a sugary drink about 10/15 mins before you go in and it'll get them moving hopefully in the right position! Congrats!

Yes! DC2 was face down during the 12w scan. From memory, I think they eventually moved around a bit (the scan lasted soooo long as they struggled to get all the measurements). I didn't get very good photos from this scan. Dunno if that has anything to do with baby being face down though 😅🤷🏻‍♀️
