This will sound ridiculous but what are the cool trainers for boys in juniors? DS is Year 4. He doesn’t really care what he wears as long as he’s comfy (joggers and shorts) but I remember never having cool clothes as a child and wishing my mum would buy me some, so I’m keen to get him some trainers which are reasonably cool.

I see a lot of kids wearing low Nikes, Pandas I think they’re called? Are Jordans still cool?

Nike air force are still very much in at ds’s school and Nike dunk low. You could take him to jd sports or similar and let him pick something he likes. Also the Astro turf style football boots (they have a proper sole rather than studs) for the footy mad boys.

It’s a minefield sometimes. Ds1 was always up on fashion, ds2 isn’t really so I have to follow it on his behalf!! You could get him to scroll through the website but if he’s not that bothered about what he’s wearing he probably wouldn’t want to. Hope you find something!
