Narrow fitting men’s trainer/ runners

Autistic teen has outgrown his trusty super fit shoes and I need to take him shopping. I estimate I have a maximum of three chances to pick a suitable shoe before he can’t handle anymore.

He has thin, narrow feet and highish arches. Can anyone recommend high street brands ?

How about trying women's shoes? They are on a narrower last than men's. I have the opposite problem with wide feet and often buy men's shoes as they are the equivalent to women's E fit.

Other than that, Brooks have some styles that come in a mens narrow. Might not be in stock in a shop though, as they don't tend to carry a lot of less common sizes so check before you go. Brooks are good for arch support too.

I also like Skechers Arch Fit.

I'd be ordering online I think, so long as there were free returns. I know returns are a hassle but shopping with an autistic teenager is probably more stressful for you both.

DD has narrow feet, Nike usually fit her well

Thanks. I’ll have a look at those. Online ordering is probably a good idea.
