HSBC global money account free £80 - not received

Hi, has anyone else not received the final £80 payment from HSBC global money offer?
I think it was meant to be paid between the 4th and 8th may after having met all the contingencies (which I have).

Also not yet received. I didn't realise those dates though, just thought it would be May.

I contacted them on chat. I just checked the message and it said between 1st and 8th.

Just wondering if your 5 transactions were made in the UK? It didn't say they had to be made abroad though, did they?

Maybe it'll arrive today? I don't think transactions had to be abroad.

I completely forgot about this! I got the £125 but just checked the global account and there's no sign of the £80 yet, despite making the required 5 dd transactions - all at the local co op. Maybe they're hoping people will forget and we'll have to contact them to claim it?

I went on chat yesterday to check as I hadn't received it. They said wait until today (the 8th) and then let them know if not arrived at close of day.

Just checked my account and the £80 is there.

My money went in an hour ago.

That's mine landed in the account :) happy days.
