Where in the world

Where in the world - or the UK - would you live if money was no object?

I’m not talking living in a palace, but a comfortable life style, kids in school. Like a regular life but if it was a lovely dream life rather than the usual slog

Greenwich, when I was a child I used to walk past the lovely Georgian houses that surround Greenwich Park on my way to school and always wished I lived in one.
I still think Greenwich is a lovely part of London.

I lived in Italy 40 years ago and always dreamed of going back but it probably wouldn't live up to my memories. Things have moved on. I'd probably stay where I am on the rural outkirts of Bristol. I'm surrounding by greenery but with great facilities close at hand and easy access to Devon and Wales. I'd upgrade to a bigger house though.

Christchurch, New Zealand. I miss home, I do! I loved going running on a crisp, still, winter's morning, going to our favourite windswept beach where we could walk for miles without running into anyone, going wandering around the university, where my kids spent a lot of their childhood, going to our favourite Greek restaurant. . .

You can think of ChCh tonight - they are expecting -4 degrees!! Perfect conditions for a run tomorrow morning - although it's not winter yet.
