I just don't get it. growing up in South Asia, I have had several monkeys (monkeys live in the city I was in and some of them adopted us over the years). curious beautiful (naughty) creatures capable of deep attachment.

personally I feel these people should be locked up and the keys thrown away.

@Maddie212 they are 100% tortured and abused and there is lots of online footage. Pigs in particular are treated absolutely horrifically and have been shown to have the same intelligence as dogs.

I stopped reading once I got to the photo of that beautiful baby monkey. How utterly, utterly awful.

It’s the internet, clearly. It’s warped people’s minds and made them utterly depraved. Not everyone, obviously. But enough to reach a tipping point.

Farm animals definitely do get abused. I'm sure every type of animal is abused at some point, sadly. Doesn't detract from this awful story, though.

I have chickened out and not read any of the awful details, but the whole thing is just baffling.

I shudder to think what makes these sick fucks tick . I assume they really want to watch people being tortured and this is the next best thing.

I don't know any farmers or abattoirs that put live animals in a blender. So not treated in the same way at all........

I've yet to pay to watch someone torture my tea to death? ...

if you look at common themes in the childhoods of serial killers, almost all of them would have tortured animals at some point. these are psychopaths. I mean obv there is the nature v nurture debate, but imo something is structurally wrong with their brains. I am sure someone somewhere has done mri scans and compared them to non serial killer brains

I haven’t opened the link but after reading about a child being fed to crocodiles in India because the child was disabled,I have lost my faith in humanity!!

honestly what happens to disabled people in many poorer countries in the world is unbelievable.

eg. psychiatric hospitals keeping patients in chains
abandoned by families because they can't afford to support them
no facilities for rehabilitation or adjustments
