Flamingo land- any good?

Wondering peoples thoughts on flamingo land? I've never been but looking into if for the summer

I haven't been for years but last time I went it was really good. They have a huge zoo/wildlife reserve. Then a train that takes you from the zoo to the theme park. Lots of big rides but also I found it was good for what I'd call medium sized rides eg not rides for tots or over 12's but in-between ages. My kids used to love it there. Be warned, the food and the gift shop are expensive. I always took a picnic.

We went years ago and liked it. I was surprised how nice the caravan was and the rides and zoo were good.
I think there has been a new swimming pool been built since we were there.
There was an entertainment venue but we didn't go so can't comment on that.
The only thing I would say as a slight negative was the lack of takeaway options but again this might have improved since we went

We camped there! Fab. Fab just as a day out also.
