After a wretched couple of years dealing with separation & divorce, hair falling out, my back going & piling on weight I think I’m finally coming out the other side. I’ve picked up some stuff along the way and I’d love to hear other people’s tips or recourses for self help/growth.
A really good therapist ( who had a plan) was a great help. She pointed me in the direction of inner child work which was eye opening.
I’ve read some really good books and I follow lots of people that n the same theme on social media.
Also weights - at my age the weight was not coming off so I got a kettle bell and some weights and it’s finally come off and my body feels stronger.
I’ve done some sound baths - which I fell a sleep at 😁
