DD has ADHD and is due to go on a year 6 trip. She always goes to sleep with music/audible books and I’m concerned about her not being able to zone out with that in a what could be an overwhelming environment for her. They’re not allowed any devices but a music player like an old fashioned CD/Mp3 player that doesn’t connect to the internet would be ok. Can anyone suggest how I could do this? I don’t want to spend loads of money, cd players aren’t that expensive but then I’d have to buy CDs. How do I get music onto a MP3 player in this day and age? Can I download from my Spotify account for use offline?!
