How To Measure for first bra?!

My DD has been wearing crop tops for ages but really does need something more supportive. Due to sensory issues she's adamant that she doesn't want to be measured in store so I'm going to have to do it over a t shirt perhaps.

Can anyone recommend a good online bra fitting guide?

Don't do it over a T-Shirt, it won't fit properly.

I went with DD to M&S, took tons of variations of back and cup sizes with me, told the very lovely lady that DD doesn't want a fitting serive and we managed between the two of us.

Saying that, I wear cup size G and learnt a lot of tricks over the years how a bra should fit.
