free website to rearrange a room?

I need to rearrange a room, but before I start measuring the furniture and making little paper squares to scale, is there a way of doing this on my laptop these days? or shall I just start drawing and cutting like I always have?

I do a scaled plan in PowerPoint.

There are loads of free software but I always get annoyed with them.

I might try this, but am afraid of accidently changing the size of a block...

I kept the “size of object” thing open at the side all the time so I could check. It should be ok as long as you don’t click on the corner points!
