I have sold some tickets through Twickets (originally bought on Gigs and Tours).
The buyer has just emailed to ask whether I could transfer the tickets to a friend of his rather than to him, as they are a gift. I am not sure that this is allowed and am slightly nervous that he'll be able to say he hasn't received them and get a refund.
Anyone know whether this is legit?
