Stomach has felt weird all through pregnancy

I'm 27 weeks. Unlike my first pregnancy (baby is the same sex, same father), where I had no sickness or stomach issues whatsoever bar a bit of heartburn towards the end which was manageable with gaviscon, my stomach has been playing up endlessly this time round. First trimester from 6 weeks on the dot I've had horrible heartburn that is only controllable with omeprazole alongside a horrible churning feeling in my stomach that I wouldn't have described as nausea because it doesn't feel like motion or sea sickness, but clearly is that because it was accompanied by vomiting and really strong food aversions - but if I didn't eat it was even worse. This continued with no let up til 18 weeks, was prescribed anti sickness by the GP which took the edge off but still didn't feel normal.

Anyway I don't vomit anymore but I still get occasional dry heaves and my stomach just feels "off" constantly. Always have a churning feeling in there and a manky taste in my mouth no matter what I eat or when I eat or how much I eat. Still have to take anti sickness most days which again takes the edge off but I never feel normal.

It's not HG, it's not as extreme as that, but I'm so fed up of my stomach just constantly feeling weird and not being able to actually describe what it's like to anyone as I don't feel "sick" per se.

Anyone else???

My sister was like that for 9 months. Wasn't actually being physically sick but felt the same as you.

I've had this and it's impossible to describe. The GP just looks at me blankly when I say it doesn't feel like motion sickness or seasickness.
