If you've had breast augmentation- have you / when do you plan to have implants replaced?

Paying for my 18 year old selfs mistakes as I'm coming up to ten years post boob job and starting to think about if I need to get them replaced over the next few years. They're holding up well, given that I've breastfed for a total of 30 months between my two kids and I'm not keen at the thought of spending atleast £6845 minimum to get them redone.. but also would hate to risk anything health wise by leaving them longer than I should. Interested in opinions, no one in my life has had a boob job so I have no one to ask! 😂

Why would you need them redone? My understanding is only if something seems to have gone wrong with them or you are no longer happy with the way they look?

Mine are nearly 15 years old and I have no plans to have another surgery unless I need to. (That might sound like I regret my surgery, I really don't, my boobs and I have had a very happy 15 years so far :) )

My surgeon said the new ones only need re-doing if they are causing issues as they dont go hard like the old ones. You can get scans to see how they're looking

15 year boob job here too and no plans to get them re-done. I asked my surgeon at the time about the 10 year rule thing and he said it was just a way to make more money

My surgeon said there's no need to redo them if they're still going strong. He said he has people go in who've had them 12+ years and they have no problems, but are in a financial position to replace them now, so have them redone.

If I were you I'd get a scan to see they haven't ruptured or anything without your knowledge, and if they're fine just leave them if you're still happy with how they look.
