Anyone else had an incredibly shit week

It’s currently 3:10am and I’m so ready for this week to be done with. On Monday 3yo DS was sick several times, then DP on Tuesday. Sickness stopped for DS on Wednesday but he then started with diarrhea. Yesterday, I hurt my back picking up DS and ever since I’ve been unable to walk or get comfortable without crying out in pain. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. Then around midnight I started with stomach cramps and nausea. Pretty sure I need to be sick but it won’t happen. I have emetephobia so this is quite a difficult situation to be in for me

I’m downstairs trying to sleep on the sofa because last night I couldn’t get comfortable in bed with my back but around half an hour ago 3yo decided he was going to wake up and come and join me on the sofa (he never wakes up at this time) He is wide awake and showing no signs of tiredness🙃and just to top it off DS2 is upstairs being sick.

Happy days😬

Yes, me, sorry not home but I sympathise. Work in GP surgery, workload unsustainable, had a bit of a moment on Wed & had to come away from what I was doing, take a breather. Keep telling myself I can only do what I can do, yes, a shit week.

Sincerely hope it gets better for you OP.

YES. Solidarity. Everything is just so sad this week. I just want to fix everything for everyone and I can't and it's shit. Wish I could fix things for you too. I hope things turn around.

@Danieltiger21 aw no, that does sound awful.

This week hasn't been as bad as some although I was a bit sick earlier and feel a little unloved!

I'll get over it by watching something and having a hot drink.

Have they quietened down now...?

@SweatpantPotato Aww I’m sorry to hear that. Thank you and same to you

@SheepAndSword 3yo is still awake and crying for something but I don’t know what as he’s non verbal. I feel like crying myself, DS2 has just been sick again bless him but he’s ok
