Ive taken leventhyroxine for years for underactive thyroid. Had bloods in Feb TSH 2.09. Had them again last week as part of full bloods they're 0.36.
Dr says its literally on the line of nnormal.0.3 would be cause for concern apparently. But I think this is really low. Any advice? Do others think this is low? I had bloods at 11:30am and took meds at 7:30am hadn't eaten much before bloods.

TSH alone doesn’t give you the full picture. Do you have the T4 result?

When I was overmedicated my TSH was something like 0.000 and I felt dreadful.
I know people with hypothyroidism who take more T4 in the winter and less in the summer; and also others who once they have dealt with B12, Iron and Vit D deficiencies have needed lower doses.

I use Thyroid UK’s HealthUnlocked Forum. It’s an active site and the members are experts in all things thyroid related.

What was the gap between taking your thyroid dose and the blood test in feb?
how do you feel in yourself…? Do you feel over medicated? A low tsh means you have too much thyroxine… check out the symptoms of hyperthyroid and see if they match with how you feel.

Thank you @Applestrudel19 &@Symphony830

I don't have the T4 results unfortunately.

Honestly I can't remember what time blood test was in feb- I take thyroxine every morning 7:00-30am ish.

Well I'm having full bloods because I'm off with WRS and wanted to check the symptoms I had were from that and nothing else. Now I'm looking at it some anxiety etc could be from too much thyroxine.

I'll check out that forum too.
Thanks
