Had my gallbladder removed then stones went into the duct

Hey, was unsure whether to post this on general health. I’m hoping though this might reach more people.

I had gallbladder issues after pregnancy, I eventually got an ultrasound which confirmed multiple stones in September last year. I had a few attacks that I described worse than labour, (if only I knew what was to come recently) I then waited and eventually had the surgery two weeks ago.
Although hadn’t had any gallbladder attscks since December I was so sure it was away and ready to cancel surgery as was eating all sorts with no issues. Though then I got told once it starts to make stones that’s it, it needs out. I listened and after the surgery I asked the surgeon how many did he remove? I’m Autistic and health stuff fascinates me! He said 1. I then was asking nurses why only 1 when there had been multiple. They shrugged and said maybe I passed them.

I got sent home and the abdominal cramps started, worse than anything i have ever experienced. Left it over weekend as thought I was being silly but once I turned yellow colour, I phoned GP on Monday. Up to hospital that day and been in for maybe 10 days now. I had to wait 5 days on MRI - couldn’t leave hospital until it was done and to monitor as told life threatening.
the mri confirmed stones in duct area (thats when I thought so that’s where they went- that he was meant to remove during surgery but suppose can’t prove)
more days waiting and then I had my ERCP on Wednesday there - again they went in and removed no stones saying that I’ve probably passed them. I had been sick lots on the Friday night after MRI so maybe? But I haven’t done any bowel and unsure how I’ve passed these. Today I got told I’d maybe get home but bloods still showing very high liver etc. i’m scared out my mind they haven’t removed these
doctors dismissing me so has anyone ever came across this? :(
during the procedure they noticed I had wider thing which meant stones could escape easily but when i asked did tuey checj ducts they said no as don’t have an x ray machine at that hosp.
