Important Issue - carpet cleaner for lumpy dog farts.

One of our dogs has a dodgy tummy and despite having special food etc she is also partial to eating pretty much anything. She buried her bone in a bag of compost and then took it out and ate the compost too.

And then sat on the landing outside our bedroom, farting, and has followed through. Awful, awful.

I had a Vax pet carpet washer thing and I also pre treated the stain so I managed to clear it but in the process the Vax started making a screaming noise and then smoke came out. It didn’t exactly explode but I’ve lost the trust now.

So I need a new carpet cleaner. Recommendations please!

Shark is the only one I've used and it was really good, no screaming involved.

Looking at shark now. There’s Bissell too. I could do with a massive rug doctor but I’ve nowheee to store it.

Or rubberised concrete flooring, like in an abbatoir.

Bissell spot cleaning wet vac thing. I have cleaned dog piss/shit with it very effectively.

Me too. I liked it when the stuff came in the spray with the brush attachment. It was sooo good. I wish they'd bring that one back.

Can you do a whole room with the Bissell spot thing or is it just for small stains?

We just use a foam carpet cleaner and scrub it out manually. Never had any issues with staining or mess.
