New Look....no e receipt arrived?

I rather foolishly bought items and agreed to the e receipt. They don't fit at all! But no sign of a recipt in my in box.
What can I do please?

Did you pay by card? You can use your bank statement as evidence

This happened to me-they’d written it down wrong. I just went into the shop and told them and they managed to track down the transaction. It helps if you know the date and rough time.
And yes-I always ask for paper now

New look are awful for this. I wanted to swap a t-shirt someone bought for me, current stock just changing size. I had to get the e receipt from the individual before they would exchange - and they wouldn't even accept a bank statement clip. They make returns so hard. That said they can trace the transactions as they wanted me to check the time and date (like down to the hour) with the purchaser

Never mind me I'm talking nonsense I misread. But you can use your bank transaction as a receipt.

Yeah I totally misread and I might have bought something online from NL today and my brain just glazed over😂

I returned a new look item in one of those kiosk, I am pretty sure I followed instructions but I am doubting myself. The problem is I have not received the confirmation email you are supposed to get. I am calling Newlook but no one is picking up. The return was in the same package it was delivered in with my name and address etc. just in case I didn’t follow the process, would they some how be able to track the package as belonging to me, using the details on the bag?
