Two random itchy, red, raised spots on my body... one appeared this morning under my chin, and one just now on my thigh. They itch like a mosquito bite, but are smaller than a mosquito bite (skin gets red and there is a raised spot, but no swelling as with a mosquito bite. Raised spot is really small). It's a garden flat in London. Any ideas what it could be?
