I know it's not "real" but I adore "rest bite" for respite. It's so perfect and descriptive.

The Irish "grand" which covers everything from death's door to ecstatically happy depending on context and tone.

Nuance is a current favourite.

My favourite word is discombobulated. I use it at every appropriate opportunity.

Another recent slang word I love is 'delulu'. It's such fun to say and sounds like exactly what it means.
