Present ideas for 70th

My dear mom is 70 in June. We have always been very close. I'm just really struggling for an idea for a present. She has always been very wealthy whereas me and Dh don't have much so budget is obviously an issue. I just want to get her something different that is also very sentimental. I'm struggling for ideas. She's definitely somebody who appreciates the thought gone in to a gift rather than the cost. Anyone got any good ideas?

Also before anyone mentions that I should think of something myself if she appreciates the thought, I've spent weeks trying to think of something special and I'm struggling so just wondered if anyone had any really different ideas that I could look in to!

Big picture frame full of family pictures? Scrapbook of family memories?

A digital photo frame with a family photo slideshow?
Or a calendar with family picutures, birthdays and important days like anniversaries highlighted. If you have enough photos of her, you can make a number shaped collage, then print out and frame it!

If you don't want to gift her "stuff", taking her out for dinner and getting her flowers might be a better option.

Would she wear a locket with a family photo inside?

Newspaper from the day of her birth.
Hedgehog house for the garden. Or a butterfly house, or bird feeder/table/bird bath.
A walk with llamas experience.
A cheese hamper.
