I unfollowed a friend on Facebook a few years ago, unfortunately I can still see posts she is being tagged in by some of my friends, is there any option where I can stop this without blocking her altogether?

You can delete her as a friend rather than block?

i used to block a lot but some noticed and questioned it! I don’t want the issue of not accepting their friend request!

Yes that's what I was thinking but was hoping there was some other way! Don't want to block just dont want to see her on my news feed! Thank you

You need to unfriend her rather than unfollow

I think you can have friends and then have the option to follow them it promotes their posts.
