I got a hair transformation

I got a hair transformation at the weekend. I never had colour or dye in my hair before. Or well, I did but I was younger in my teens. I never went near colour or dye since my teens. I was growing my hair out. I never achieved my dream length and I decided this year that I was going to start having fun with my hair and I got a bright vivid in my hair. My hair stylist loved doing it for me and that's what he said because the colour I picked he said it was his favourite colour and his private Instagram doesn't lie.

He took before and after pictures of my hair. And he asked me can he use them for his Instagram.

Since getting my hair done - I love the results so much. I was also looking online but he never posted my hair pictures and hair transformation.

I feel a little disappointed now. I was looking forward to seeing my hair pictures online but that never happened.

Has this happened to anyone else before too?

It's only Tuesday, perhaps they don't post everyday.

As above, it's only Tuesday. My tattoo artist took 2 weeks to upload the pictures/videos he took to Instagram. Some people have scheduled posting days or perhaps he's on a temporary ban for posting too many in a short amount of time.
Or he's just been busy.

My friend was a hairdresser and took photos but didn’t upload them until she was doing other business admin stuff so sometimes a picture wouldn’t be uploaded for a while.

Is "hair transformation" just a fancy way of saying "got a new hairdo"?

Give him time! He won't be updating the website every day.

Maybe he lots to choose from and he doesn't upload them all.

Nothing wrong with you uploading your photos and tagging him.

Don't be upset about the fact pictures of your hair aren't posted online.

We need to see pics! No point complaining he hasn't posted them on SM then keeping us blindfolded :)

I went from my natural colour to a bleaching and vivid bold. It does look epic.

He posted online this evening about 5 or a little bit after 5pm. It wasn't my hair that he posted. I presume it was his work from today.

I had an epic colour change. He was so excited for the work on my hair too. He took pictures but never posted them.

So, you’re really pleased with it? That’s great! Surely it doesn’t matter that your hairdresser hasn’t put a photo of it online?

But you'd be identifiable on Instagram so why not share it here?

I lovey new hair. I love it. I am trying to get pictures of my own hair but I can't get them to look good especially bathroom mirror selfies. When hair is freshly worked on, hair looks better. I wanted to see the before and after pictures from my stylist. Also I wanted to share in work with my online friends.

This hair transformation is epic to you, but to him it's just another hair do. I'm sure he's really happy with it and will post it but it doesn't have the same urgency and priority to him as it does to you.

He may well have a strategy for when and how often he posts in order to keep his social media stats at the right point and keep his visible in timelines. He may use a scheming tool where he creates all his posts on a Sunday for example and then schedules them to be released on his various SM platforms at times when he knows they'll be seen by most people.

The lack of post isn't an indictment on your hair style, it's just not a massive rush item for him.

If he is a good hair dresser he likely has tons of photos every week. Just because he hasn’t posted yet, doesn’t mean he won’t. He could post it at any point in the future.

and just because he said he wanted to post the photos doesn’t mean he meant immediately.

The main thing is that you are happy.

That could be a client from weeks ago :) Its really common to save up content for social media and post it at a later date.

Can you post a pic which just shows the colour?
