Anyone really good at creating competency matrices please?

I have to create one for our team. I have to demonstrate their skills, knowledge, experience and behaviour.
We carry out lots and lots of different tasks - how is best to let this out? I’ve listed the tasks down the LHS and SKEB across the top but surely I’ll need to drill down into the SKEB’s as there are so many of each.

I now can’t think of a way to lay this all out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Examples of matrices would be really welcome! Thanks all

have you got a couple of job descriptions for your team? As they usually have these categories you could pull a lot from there (or another company similar role to get a start!)

it sounds like the team as a whole so id colour code red amber green purple in each box

is the lhs tasks to show which tasks need which skills etc? Why’s that - haven’t done that before
