Two dart charges in error, how best to deal?

So I have just received my second Dart charge PIN in less than 2 weeks.
I have never driven to Kent and live in Norfolk.
The photos on the PCN are not of my car, they dont even look like the same make/model and my car is dark, this car is light
The reg number listed is mine, though you cant make it out in the tiny photos provided.
I have just tried to call and there were 52 people in the queue...

Has anyone dealt with this and know the best way to sort it out?

I'd imagine it's on cloned plates. Speak to the DART people and report to the police?

We have an ongoing issue with this. We must have had at least a dozen notices. Have spoken to DART multiple times but they still keep coming!

I do think it might be cloned plates. I didnt fancy waiting in a queue of 52 people to get through to the Dart people though.
Do I contact the local police?

Write to them with pictures of your car and explain it wasn't your car and it couldn't have been you. And report to the police that someone has cloned your car registration. The cloned car might get used in something much more serious so you want it to be recorded.

I think you'd need to report the cloned plates to the police on 101, then give the crime ref when you talk to the Dart people about disputing the fine.

You could also send them a photo of your completely different looking car with the plate clearly visible.

Have logged it with the police and will submit an appeal online where I can include a good photo of my car.
