Work meeting tentatively arranged - what point do you give up

I annoyingly tentatively arranged a meeting with a prestigious new client. I left it as agreeing the day "any time after 11am". Client hasn't responded to last chase. Ball in their court. I'd love to work with them. But I am also extremely busy at the moment and can't sit around twiddling thumbs.

At what point do I get to make alternative plans for the day? Close of business the day before? 11am on the day?

Annoyed with myself for attempting to play it cool.

Contact them again...say you havent heard from them and assumed they are really busy, therefore set up a day and time and ask if that is agreeable.

I’d call them (or their PA if they have one) to pin it down. Harder to ignore than an email.
