Ring GP or wait?

Felt ok this morning except for excruciating ovary pain (normal, have endo)
Sat at work and just started shivering , temp is 38.9c. My clothes hurt and everything aches and I'm not sure what to do!

Taken paracetamol, negative Covid test
Immunocompromised

Go home and go to bed, keep taking paracetamol & retest every day. DH is immunosuppressed & didn’t test positive until day 4/5.

I'm at home already but working

Tested positive mega quick last time but didn't feel like this. The only thing I can compare it to is flu , it just came on so suddenly

That temperature is a little high. Should be 37C or so. I know 111 sucks, but call them if you haven't already.

I'm usually around 36.5c day to day (I take it regularly so know well!)

Could it be appendix rather than ovary pain?
Perhaps it's the wrong side though you can get pain both sides for appendix if I recall from when my son had it (might be wrong )

They thought it was my appendix last time I had the same pain but definitely my stupid ovary

Throat is really sore now so something is going on
