Hi Everyone,
I have always suffered from depression and anxiety which ramped up to new, unbearable hights thanks to perimenopause. I am feeling better since HRT and hypnotherapy but I still have massive problems dealing with conflict. I have gone from being someone who stood up for herself to someone who will disadvantage herself just to avoid a row. I am currently gearing up for an unpleasant conversation with a neighbour, I feel physically ill at the thought of having this conversation and I know I will not sleep. Did anyone get over this and how did you do it?
