Wanted to know if CMS is legally enforceable?

What happens if father of baby refuses to pay? How do we make sure he does pay?

He's not engaging at all. Ignoring all messages. Baby is due September.

Ime they don't do anything my ex hasn't paid since November and before that he went 3 years without paying nothing happened they told me they won't do anything because he "could be living off a partner" he wasn't nothing happened. He now hasn't paid since November again nothing. Your baby isn't here yet so he doesn't have to pay.

He's not acknowledging the pregnancy or me. literally ignoring all messages so there's just no way he's willingly going to pay. So trying to plan what I'm going to do now.
I know he's employed by a company and think he still works there.

This is so horrible I'm so sorry. It's honestly infuriating. This is what I'm afraid of.
