Hi everyone if anyone can help I’d be super appreciative.
Dla for my child was denied October 2023 and mandatory reconsideration was further denied in November 2023 which I then went straight to tribunal to appeal this as I know my son is entitled to something he he has severe hypermobility and struggles to use his legs on a daily basis. My appeal was accepted November 28th 2023 and I am still waiting for a tribunal hearing to be booked. Does anybody know how long they are taking at the moment ? Or a rough time frame on how long I will be waiting for the hearing to be booked ?
So far have been waiting 5 months. Thankyou in advance! Xxxx
