Inspired by the current grumpy weather thread I thought I would try to save people from moaning on future threads with a summary of complaints by month:

January - I just don't care about the weather, I am too miserable and broke to do anything now Christmas is over.

February - it is bloody freezing but at least the evenings are getting lighter, it will soon be spring.

March - does it never stop raining, it surely should be warmer by now, where is spring?

April - it's freezing and so rainy, where is the sun? It always used to be much warmer by now, what happened to global warming?

May - finally some sun, this is lovely, English weather is perfect, I am going to the garden centre to buy some lovely flowers.

June - I am too hot, all the flowers I planted are dying, I think I need to buy an air conditioner.

July - what happened to the sun, just a few days without rain would be nice, hopefully August will be better.

August - I can't believe it is still raining, when I was little it always used to be lovely in August.

September - typical it is lovely weather now I am back at work.

October - wow it is really warm, it never used to be so warm for Halloween. I really want some cold weather so I can be all cosy and get my candles out.

November - what happened to the cold crisp weather, it is so rainy. I hate going for walks in the rain.

December - I wonder if we will get some snow. We did once in 1980. Nope more rain.

You've forgotten 'we never used to get all these storms before they started naming them'.
