Mri results for lump I had any advice

Hi everyone had both ultrasound and mri for this lump I found do you think I should have it removed and tested or so far it's okay attached both ultrasound and mri report

Any advice if you've dealt with a similar issue thank you

Says it's benign ie no cancer - lipoma ir something? Good news

It’s a fatty lump. Nothing to worry about.
