London west end question

sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm not very experienced with this kind of thing!

my friend has a big birthday next June, and she's also a massive fan of the theatre

I was thinking a nice birthday present would be to book tickets and a hotel and take us to London for the weekend to see a show. However looking at the shows that are on in June next year there's really not a lot. Is it likely that I'm looking too early and more shows will be announced? Or is what there is all there's likely to be?

Just a tip - If you’re looking for a central great hotel with a good vibe look at The Cumberland on Marble Arch. Fantastic location for the tube, Oxford Street and all major landmarks

If you mean June 2025 booking periods probably won't go that far yet, except for a few longstanding ones.

Do you mean June 2025? If so very few shows will have been announced for then as yet.
