Happy Sunday to everyone.

I was just looking for a little help, with theses areas the borders of se8 and se16. I have heard it is very rough, and to stay away . Is it bad or no different to other SE London areas ?

All of SE London becoming gentrified esp around Deptford / Surrey Quays / Rotherhithe - but it's up to you where your comfort level is, potentially your background? Some people would say those areas are rough

I own a flat in SE16 , Rotherhithe, and it's rather lovely down Rotherhithe street.

Thank you. It looks like you are the opposite end to the area im thinking . I don't know the difference though.
