How do I contact HQ? They’ve hidden a thread of mine and I have no idea why?

I have just started a thread asking for advice on helping my dd during exam stress.

I’ve just checked the thread and notice it’s been hidden and I’ve no idea why as there was nothing untoward in anything I’ve written. I’m also a long time user of MN. I’d literally just posted it so no replies on it yet.

Any idea why they did this and how to find out?

I’ve just answered my own question.

I replied to you saying dd was taking some supplements for her anxiety and my reply has automatically been hidden. It will be the mention of these. Think a legal, off the shelf ‘devil’s lettuce’ type gummy!

Yes, there is a spammer, or possibly more than one, who regularly posts adverts for those things (trying to avoid my reply being hidden too) so it will be on an automatic hide to discourage them.

SevenSeasOfRhye Hopefully, I can get the thread back up and delete the mention of the gummies. I’ll message them and find out.

It will be that. I posted the other day asking about that product and my thread got hidden. I put my query in site stuff and my thread was reinstated.

I've been here years too and def not an advert.

Btw - my son ate the gummies and they did absolutely fuck all to help with his anxiety so if anyone's considering them my advice is don't waste your money.

Yes I think MN reviewed them and quickly approved them. They were hidden as an automatic setting I think.
