Weight range - natural fluctuations

Im just being nosy, but do you have a natural range of weight fluctuation?

I've been tracking my weight over the past couple of years and I seem to generally sit within a 2.5kg window, depending on the time of year and what's going on in my life.

Yes, I gain six lb between October and New year. I lose it again as soon as the warm weather comes.

I think it's my body's way of keeping warm. 😀

Most months I gain 3lb in the week before my period and lose it within 2 days of my period starting.

I generally stay within 9st 10lb and 10 stone, despite efforts to lose weight!

I'm definitely still at my winter weight at the moment! Hopefully that will change once the weather brightens up 🤞🏻

I think it's about 3 kg - I stopped weighing myself about 5 years ago - I can only tell whether I've gained or lost by my clothes.

Do think the natural variation is noticeable to other people? I feel better about myself at my lower weight but probably only because I'm aware it's lower, if you know what I mean. I'm only 5 ft 4 so not particularly tall.

I'm 5ft 3 and normally go up and down by 2lb.

I never even notice to be honest, it's just what the scales tell me.

Mine is 2kg day to day.
