What to get from Sainsbury's?

I don't often go to the big one near-ish to me but will do tomorrow. There was a thread some months ago recommending their own brand shortbread (red pack) and own brand Crémant, tried both and they were amazing.
Looking for other recommendations please.
What are the own brand crisps like, for example? Would sometimes buy nuts in the past when DC did an activity near a branch, but often found them sort of stale tasting.
Thank you.

They have a fab summer special bulgar wheat salad with whipped feta. https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/sainsburys-greek-inspired-whipped-feta-salad-summer-edition-taste-the-differenc-220g

If you drink their Wild Valley wine is £3.45 a bottle and we've had the red white and rose and all have been nice

Their fully loaded frozen pizzas are also great but depends on how far your journey home is!

Their bakery bread is decent, some as good as Waitrose.

Pitta bread there is very good.

Own brand pasta good too.

Taste the difference Primativo wine

Nothing. It’s Sainsbury’s.

We love their taste the difference jams, especially strawberry.
I also would look at clothes and household items.

Staffordshire oatcakes in bakery section.......only supermarket I can get them from where I live. Sons like them with butter and honey, I like them with bacon and egg😋

I like their own brand fish fingers, the taste the Difference ones

They price match several items to aldi, but their fruit/veg are generally much better. Bakery is good. I usually get items I can't get elsewhere, or aren't as good- samphire, red Thai curry paste (an actual Thai branded one), wholemeal lasagne sheets, thick smoked bacon and sauces like fish sauce and kecap manis. Their 2kg chicken thighs are £2.15/kg which are great value.

Also agree with someone above, the TTD jams are amazing, I love the raspberry one. Best mass produced jam I know by far

Their taste the difference multiseeded bread from the bakery, and the own brand decaffeinated earl grey tea.

I think Sainsburys have the best pistachio nuts (still in shell)

Also like thier honey roasted cashew.

Clothes and smoked almonds are the only things I can think of but it’s rare we go in these days as none close

Thanks again, got tea, jam, wine, bread and almonds among other things, about to try wine & almonds now.
And they had peonies!
