Help - fried hair!

Last year, my hair got caught in the hairdryer and got fried!

I’ve been waiting for it to grow out and most of the time I’ve forgotten about it. I had my hair dyed last week and it’s got even worse! It doesn’t seem to be growing out at all and it’s gone so frizzy.

My hair will look terrible if I cut it out fully, is there anything else I can do? 😫

Unfortunately I think you need to cut it, sorry😔

Go to style and beauty there's a whole recent thread on treating dry damaged hair

Cutting it is the only way. I did exactly the same. I tried every single product under the sun, but months later it was still burnt and frazzled. Ask a hairdresser to cut it out as best they can so it blends. There is honestly no other way - I've been here!

Okay I’m going to try some of the treatments mentioned on the other thread. I’m back getting my hair done in about 5 weeks, so if no improvement, I’ll get it chopped! 😭
