I have recently been offered a new job with an almost £20k pay rise. This is my fifth move in ten years and I've seen my pay increase by almost £50k during that time. DH accuses me of being 'flighty' whereas he's been at the same place for 12 years. So I'm interested to see how often other people change jobs and whether (as I suspect) it's the only way to get significant pay increases.
