Heathrow Terminal 4 pick up

I've been asked to pick my elderly parents up tonight at Heathrow as DB is poorly and can't go, any idea of best car park to use? I'm thinking short stay as they'll have lots of bags but saw it's about £50 for an hour.

Anyone know if that's right? They won't be able to navigate the underground or a bus to a better car park I don't think so if it's £50 I'll just have to pay it unless I'm missing something obvious.

Can't say for definite for terminal 4 but I picked up last weekend from terminal 3. Was in the short stay car park for about 40 mins and it was £11. So I expect the £50 ph is wrong!
