Teeth whitening, do I have to stop now?!

I'm confused and don't know if it's a stupid question to phone and ask my dentist. I've been using custom trays and Zoom whitening from my dentist for 4 weeks and am generally happy with them, a few stubborn ones taking longer, had my review today and given another box of syringes

But they also did composite bonding on one of my front teeth today, and I didn't think but now I can't keep whitening can I? Because the composite won't whiten? I'm confused at the order things have been done.. but he gave me more syringes?

I wouldn’t take advice off anyone on a forum for this, however well meaning. You really need to speak to your dentist.

If they've colour matched it to what you have now then you will want to keep it that colour ideally as you are correct, they won't lighten. The teeth can darken slightly again over time and this may be what the top up tubes are for but it's probably best to give them a call and check what they recommend.

I wish I could use zoom. I can't get past one day without sensitivity. After two days I lose the will to live
