How many shops do you do a week?

For the last 10 years I have done 1 a week either online or in Aldi in various phases. Never do top ups
We've just moved back to a spell of online and I have tried twice weekly for first time

I was spending 130 ish a week so reckon I could do £50 each of two. It seems a lot simple as I always get quantities wrong.

Any thoughts or tips?

1 big shop, 1 Aldi shop. Although lately I've been doing more in M&S so it varies. Generally I'll get all the food for the week in one day.

I do one Tesco online delivery every 10 days.
No top ups.
I plan every meal for those 10 days

Once a week on Sunday so lunch stuff is in for the week ahead. that covers every meal until the next Saturday lunch.
takeaway on sat night
recently started having milk delivered separately twice a week.
every few months a wine delivery.
every few weeks I’ll pop into somewhere to get things I can’t get with the groceries like the Chinese or Indian supermarket. Or certain toiletries etc. or if I see a wee treat I fancy 😳

if it wasn’t for certain fresh stuff like meat and bread for the lunches needed every week I think I’d probably get away with once a fortnight with a veg shop in between.

I do one shop a week. Comes in at 100 quid for the 4 of us.

Only other stuff I might buy is treat food, perhaps that I don't get in weekly shop, so I need to make a conscious choice to go out again. And most of the time I can't be bothered.

Every day. Sometimes we all end up in a shop seperately over the course of the day so if you count us all as a household could be 4-5 times a day.

we buy what we want to eat when we want to eat it, less waste, better bargains, far easier, no need to meal plan.
