Best day to order a Chinese

I am 100000% ordering myself a Chinese takeaway this weekend as BF is away.

Random, but what day do you think you get the freshest takeaway so you'll know it will be a good one as I feel it can be a bit hit and miss sometimes.

Less about which day more about time, 5pm =good, 9pm = usually good, 7pm rushed, but missing, long wait
